In-Line Vacuum Depanner Suction Depanner cake Vacuum Depanner Machine
The unit can be used to depan a wide range of products, including cakes, breads and croissants, the depanner compromise a solid frame that supports a motorized, sliding head . The machine’s dimensions and the number of vacuum heads are determined by the line capacity, pan sizes, layout, etc. Each machine is custom-made and equipped with a vacuum system.
Working principle:
1. The depanner works according to the vacuum -principle. This vacuum is obtained by a high-pressure fan which is equipped with a silencer. The depanner is installed in the baking tray conveyor system. Depending on the capacity, products of more baking trays are taken at the same time.
2. The products are taken by sucking-cups of silicon rubber. These sucking-cups are installed on an exchangeable plate which is a part of the vacuum chamber of the depanner. The vacuum chamber is pneumatically vertically moved during the picking and the placing of the products. The horizontal movement of the vacuum chamber is done by a frequency-controlled drive.
3. The frame of the vacuum chamber has guidance with rollers and a parallel mechanism so that the vacuum chamber is very precisely moved and has the necessary accuracy in the picking-position and the placing-position. The action is fully synchronised with the baking tray supply.
