Automatic Food Production Line Pans Returning Conveyor Slat-Top Chain Conveyor
The slat-top chain conveyors are offered by SAIMAI for use in the bakery industry for cooling and proofing.
We offer a range of straight slat-top chain track conveyors that can be combined with the various curved and other conveyors in the production line. The straight slat-top chain track conveyors are available in the widths and lengths as customer’s requirement.
A Pans Returning Conveyor is used for retrieving pans after depanning the products. Meanwhile a pans cleaning unit cant be placed in the line. During the process, the pans are cooled down and ready for the next step of production. Also a pans retarder can be used if the speed is too fast. The continuous motion ensures the upcoming pans can keep going down the line.
The straight slat-top chain track conveyors have the following advantages:
