OVEN BODY

1. The oven is constructed baking tunnel, divided into 2m/ section. Each section is connected on a frame, with a gas-tight connection between the sections.

2. The baking tunnel is insulated with a 20CM layer of high-quality insulation material, in order to reduce heat loss to a minimum.

3.Inspection doors with illumination are fitted at the control side.

4. The operating panel is fitted near the out feed end of oven.

HEATING SYSTEM

The direct heating system is controlled by a proportional controlled motor; the required heat in the baking chamber is created by means of proportional monitoring the gas and air flow according to temperature controller information.

 

The indirect heating system is controlled by hot air circulation system, the heat is transferred and exhausted from the heat exchanger, the high temperature fan sucks the air from the baking chamber and sends it first through the heat exchanger and then to the plenums positioned over and under the baking conveyor. the ratio top/bottom heat is infinitely adjustable by means of a damper.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL  

The temperature is controlled in each baking zone independently, for both upper fire and bottom fire, each temperature reading will be measured and displayed on touch panel and temperature controller

CONVEYOR 

1.The slat-type conveyor is supported by a frame of sliding rail in the baking chamber.

2. The slat-type conveyor is driven by the drive shaft, through a variable speed drive and a reduction gear at the oven out feed. The baking time can be set on the control panel.

3. In the event of motor failure, the conveyor can be driven by manually to convey the product out of the oven.
