The spiral cooling tower is mainly used in industrial bakery production line with high capacity, the conveyor chain can be designed with SUS mesh belt or introlex modular belt and the running speed, qty of tier can be customized designed too.
After products are depanned from depanner( suction depanner/needle depanner/flip –over depanner/push-bar dpeanner /robot depanner are available).The baked products are cooled by spiral cooler and the empty pans return through the pan cooling tunnel to the dough positioning and panning machine. And enter into next cycle.
