Toast Line Pan And Lid Handling Machine Auto Lidder And Auto Delidder Lid Buffer
The automatic lidder and auto delidder are mainly used in toast production line, loaf cake production line and pie production line with the surface of finished product is flat.
Automatic Lidder
To achieve the square shape of toast bread, baking pans must be provided with a lid. In an industrial production line, the lid is positioned on top of the pans by means of the Automatic Lidder. The machine is positioned between the final proofer and the oven.
Using a ‘pick-and-place’ principle, the lidder head (vacuum or magnetic) picks up the lids from an infeed conveyor. They are then transferred to the pan conveyor and placed on top of the pans. The machine’s dimensions are determined by the line capacity, pan sizes, layout, etc.
Automatic De-lidder
After baking toast bread, the lids must be removed prior to de-panning. In an industrial production line, the lid is removed by means of the Automatic De-lidder. The machine is positioned after the oven and before the de-panner. By means of a pick-and-place principle, the de-lidder head (vacuum or magnetic) picks the lids up off the pans. They are then transferred to the lid discharge conveyor.
The machine’s dimensions are determined by the line capacity, pan sizes, layout, etc.
